July, USA Shooting Junior Olympics, Colorado Springs, CO. I have been meaning to send this out for the old guard and new here that remember Skeeter aka Little Hank when he was just born and Mary was real sick. We are so proud of Little Hank, he has worked so hard at his shooting and school grades. Both are going great and I have been meaning to put a message out here for you guys to see what he has been up too. The cool part is that he was the youngest athlete at 12 years old out of 38 competitors age 20 years old to 12 years old. He ended up 11th overall out of the 38 competitors. http://www.newburyportnews.com/sports/x40350252/Gauging-the-potential

Keep your kids shooting and hitting their goals it is a blast. If any of you are interested we are hosting a SCTP shooting clinic on Oct 29/30 in Mass, Minute Man Sportsman's Club. We have Corey Cogdell the Bronze Medalist from the 2008 Olympics and also Jon McGrath the current Gold Medalist from the World Championships both on the USA Shooting team coming to the clinic to help us coach youth shooters. If you have kids that are interested in shooting and talking with the National athletes please come. I will have more details out soon but we are trying to grow more SCTP teams in the New England area by hosting this event.

Talk to you guys soon and take a kid shooting clays or ducks it is worth every minute. Hank

Congrats to Little Hank and to you for getting him involved. Looks like you all had a great time. Making memories, that is what it's all about.

Hi Hank - great story in the news..........thanks for sharing.........no telling where it will take him, but great to see a kid put in all that effort and have success...........it's amazing what some youngsters can accomplish when they make a commitment and have their family's support ..........well done !

Congrats to Little Hank and to you for getting him involved. Now you and your son have to get back to the decoy making we missed him in the youth division at the Waterfowl Festival.

Thanks so much for all the kind words you guys. Hank has put a lot of effort into his shooting and grades. He is now realizing that with effort comes rewards. He was training last night for Fall Selections and Olympic Trials which are the last weekend in Kerrville, Tx. I'll keep you posted on his progress. He can't wait to shoot some ducks this fall too which is going to be a blast. Layout boat for seaducks in Mass. Now that he is 12 he can finally hunt in Mass. Thanks again. Hank
