Hey, Al.....

Bob,
That's pretty good for a young pup. Nice distance from shore, a little point of cover there to push dog to the right, away from the mark. It looks like you have a keeper!

Bob, do you have any buttons left on your shirt? Does your cap still fit on your head? What a good girl you have there. If I were counting I would know how many seconds it was until duck season started.

Thanks for those great pictures. Give her a milk bone, Bob. I would have loved to have seen the smile on your face when this practice session was done.

Got to go duck hunting,Bob.

Sonora is 4 months old today. Too young to go but I can hardly wait until January.

Bob, I know that this is an off the wall question but did you use the same color to circle the mark? I have looked at these pictures 3 times and this morning is the first time I saw the circle you made. It looks identical in color as the tall rushes/weeds just to the left of it.

Al, Just used the drawing instrument in my "edit" stuff and picked a red color from the options.
Getting ready to run over to that pond for a quick session right now.

Bob,
Nice work there. I do really wish I had the time to spend with my dog like that. (I know, there are choices and there are choices) I can tell the difference in her even if I only throw a few bumpers in the yard. Trouble with that is she is training for short distance retrieves only, which is not a real good thing.
