Fired up the iron skillet to red hot on the Coleman stove out on the side porch yesterday evening. Had those mallard strips soaking in garlic water since the day before, and the Paul Prudhomme's at the ready. Guess what we made?

MMMNNNNNNnnnnn!
 
I made that over Turkey day for my family. Everyone loved it, including my wife! My Dad and Bro-in-law were hovering over the skillet picking pieces out just like the MLB hunt.
 
I'm gonna have to do that next weekend before Blake and my ducks get freezer burn't. Remember, goose is great that way too.
