hunting from a paddle board?

Ryan,........................................Since they obviously don't have kids they're still looking for the ultimate adventure.

To me it's sort of like Travis Pastrana flipping dirt bikes or the Crock Hunter grabbing stuff that he shouldn't have. I'll watch it and I think it's kind of cool but just don't whine to me or expect me to feel bad when it goes wrong, and it is going to go wrong sooner or later. Not the hunting and shooting part but I'd think the risk of hitting rocks is the really dangerous part.

from what i understand the guy is like the #1 pro stand up paddle boarder. he was on an inflatable paddle board. you got to give him credit. crazy or not he got his bird.

He's a EXTREME waterfowler dont'cha know! Bwahahahahahahahha... But if he were the real deal he would've shot it while hanging ten.

Heck y'all....I'd do it if I had the opportunity. And I sure wouldn't worry about my gun rusting while doing it either. That looks like fun.....and he did it safely...and was obviously an experienced paddle boarder

Congrats to him

Dani

It would look like fun if it were a white beach, aqua water, no gun strapped to my back and 90deg.

I think TimJ put it best, "just don't whine to me or expect me to feel bad when it goes wrong, and it is going to go wrong sooner or later."

What does the average Coast Guard search and rescue mission in the Aleutian Islands cost the taxpayers?

You can buy medevac insurance foliability $25, but if they have to fly out and get you the bill is around $25000 (if I remember correctly). It's been a few years since I had to decide if it was worth it :)

Got to be worth it for one Pacific Eider, after all they're an Epicurian delight (and did I mention it's EXTREME!) Had he painted his face, he'd have been more successful.

Yes, face paint would have been a nice touch. :).

I've always wondered, and someone here must know, can you shoot a shotgun with water in the barrel? Is it enough to dump it out and it is fine to shoot? I've always kept mine as dry as possible, I'm sure I've shot one with water drops in it from rain or brush, but I try not to.
