I don't think there is.
I don't know how many states license small game or migratory bird guides. They don't up here. This might be the reason there is no listing for duck guides and outfitters that publishes others opinions on them. Then again a day in a duck blind is $200 and a week in the Brooks Range is $10,000 - The industry with the most to loose financially will do the best to self police.
Of course the internet these days can end a career pretty fast - Unless you are Jim Zumbo, then you just get to take a sebatical until things calm down.
Over on the Refuge, guides and "pro-staffers" get bashed quite often when they have screwed up something for someone. Sometimes the thread gets deleted but sometimes not. Has it ruined any guide's business? I have no idea, but for some it probably slowed down for the remainder of the season.
