hi all me and wife are fine house not so much we had about 6 to 10ft surge on the toms river after the eye was past us here in toms river nj
i live right on it hunting and posting will be on hold for some time to come
as you have seen seaside peirs are gone

Considering what my wife and I have seen on TV and this was just New Jersey, it sounds like you and your wife are very fortunate. Somebody is watching over you. Glad you are all right.

their are people and places close by that are far worse
like lbi and seaside heights,etc

Glad all are safe, I have two friends who still live in my hometown of Point Beach, both have said total devastation to the area, one said his stove was under water he lived about 3 blocks from the beach, the other had 3 feet of water in his home!
