After seeing the post of Bob's pup Scooter and how she had grown over the months made me think of this time last year when we got Goose, these pictures are a year apart today.

Have you ever had him eat a duck on the way back from a retrieve for a snack? He is a great looking Chessie.

.

He has never ate a duck , but he has caught Morning doves under the bird feeder 3 times that I have seen, I took those but have seen evidence that it has happen more times. When working there hasn't been a problem. Only when he's unsupervised in the yard does he hunt for himself.

Thanks

Thank you for all the compliments.

Goose was a year old May 19 so hopefully he is close to full size, he just needs to fill in a bit.

Yeow! Craig. Goose is a Moose. But what a magnificent dog. I'd have to shoehorn one that big onto the dog platform in the bow of my TDB 14.

Wow Craig! You have to be looking forward to a great season with Goose. Those long legs would be perfect for our Illinois River mud...
Thanks for sharing your goodness brother! Pat
