Another Duck Season will be gone in a week here in upstate New York. And I am so thankful that I was here another year to see it. As we get older and your health isn't what it once was. Your sure! look at thing so much different. Spending the time with my sons in the field. Duck or deer hunting, is the greatest gift I could ever have. It wasn't the greatest hunting season. And it sure wasn't the worse. Bag limits to me, mean nothing anymore. Seeing and getting a little shooting in . I'm ok with that, Putting back to the the sport I love. Knowing that there are people out there like you guys and gals. Loving the same things , caring about the future of waterfowl . There is so much to be Thankful for. Its not about the gifts you give or get. Its where your heart is when you do it. Thanks for a great year of reading and getting to know a little about your lives.
