New Trout Stream

All this talk of trout and with these 70+ degree days we have had makes me itch for mountain terrain away from the flat coast.

And it makes me think of turkeys too.

If only work wasn't in the way of me going to the woods....

No 70 degree days here but I am counting down the days until turkey opener! I have 5 tags and counting. We'll see how many are left over after 3rd draw!

Great pics Jeff. I can't remember, what state do you live in that spring has so powerfully beset you?

Few creatures are more beautiful than a wild brook trout.

Mine are from Maine, and spring (which in my house has always been defined as the earliest date you could possible imagine dry fly fishing) here is ate least 14 weeks away.

And my pictures were an old, old post, recently resurrected.

RFberan's much nicer trout were more recent, and I don't know where he's from.
