Hunted all day on the NJ Coast had a great day with some amazing friends we ended the day with our first Drake pintail 8 drake broadies 7 buffies a merganser and a ruddy duck nice way to end the season and even have a little mix of ducks instead of just broadies and buffies but was an amazing day.

That is called a fantastic hunt, especially since it is your last one of the season. To whomever shot the beautiful bull sprig, congratulations. Just think of all those great memories you now have that will last you until your next season begins.

yeah Al it has been a great season and now its time to prep for next season. We are gonna start carving decoys, turning duck calls, and building a layout boat

I like your enthusiasm, Wesley. Any chance you took "Time Management Skills 101, in college? Best of luck in those endeavors that you have mentioned. You are on the cutting edge of what so many on this website are doing and have done for so much of their lives. Enjoy---

That will keep the coals burning!..... and the decoy and call making will keep you out of trouble 'til it's time to chase hem next year.

Rich they were greaters and one or two lessers we could pick out the greaters when they were coming into the decoys was the best decoying of broadies we had all season they were inside 20 yards feet down
