I've been wanting to make a few (2 actually). They look easy enough to put together and my garage is cleared out. This could be the summer to do this project. I have the plans, and if you look at the NJWA site they give you the legible dimmensions as text at the bottom (below the image)
I believe there has been a gentleman at the Tuckerton show the last couple years that brings a few of these for sale, asking $500 if I recall. Sorry, not much more info than that.

I did not finish the two I started last year. I have one done except for the canvass. The second one I stopped on because I believe a better way to assemble them has to be out there........ but I haven't had time to do it, or take pictures of what I am thinking.
The directions call for fitting the solid 3\4 inch solid stock nailers first but the front of the box has a lot of bend and I ended up doing long kerfs on the band saw to get the bend. Glue fixed that but the sides pull hard inward without a frame or template to hold the "Hull" shape. I am sure all the issues are surmountable and would be easily overcome by watching an experienced builder do it.
I am slammed at work right now so this will have to wait till I get more time this summer, but I will finish them and post pictures. Not much more than a weekends worth of work to build two if you cut both together as a kit. I plan on having my mom do the sewing with a painters drop cloth. Time will tell.
500 seems way High for materials but I get a lot of stuff thru work that many guys might not have around. I do not have any problem using lumber yard wood on a gunning box, but if you want, have at it with the fancy stuff.
I plan on killing a black duck out of one with my son next to me over the two nice LZ decoys up for site auction.
I bet Dave could build one in a half a day, minus the glue drying.
