personally I blame the lending institutions....an idustry whose particular level of greed sucked people into big loans they could barely afford when they signed them while not really underrstanding that the rate was going to change, and not DOWN........without that inpetus the big store building companies wouldn't have had the market for all that over building.....
Long strips of the stuff will definately sag...thats the installers fault as much as anything though....material that is too thin, and that is then not secured on the approriate centers is going to sag, and snag......that was also before adhesives were available to help with the sagging problems too.....they "appear" to have that solved now....
