My best wishes to you in this situation. One thing I have learned this past year is the faith you can have in modern medicine and the people practicing it. I have had someone close to me undergoing some intense surgeries and treatment this year and am amazed with what they can and will do for you. Every time it looks grime, there is a confident Dr. or team of medical professionals looking for a positive.

That sounds like a load to take in one sitting. I am putting out my best effort on your behalf to the higher power. I am sure that you will hit this thing as hard as you have any other of your life challenges. The motivation to keep up with your grandsons will propel you forward. We will be thinking of you in the Butler house and waiting for your fast recovery.

Lee, You and I need to sit down around a fire and tell each other reasonably truthful stories for a while. Hang tough and we are praying for you bud.
 
............The only thing I could think of the first few days was that I wouldn't see my grandsons graduate from High School and who would take Blake hunting. Now I am mad and going to fight like a madman to lick this crap. Sorry to dump, but I am asking for prayers, good thoughts and stump dances from the West coast. Holy Crap Lee.........needless to say Di and I will be praying for you. Di is the worlds best a positve thinking keeps the demons away and she will be doing her thing on your behalf. Call anytime to talk....I'd love to hear from you.

lee i have good news for you my mom has had more medical problems than i can remember and she has had 4 heart attacks, she has had the same surgery you are having and got threw it great. after i read youre post i called her and asked about it , she said out of all the surgerys she has had it was one of the easiest to come back from.

so good luck and my thoughts are with you, and if my mom can come back from it you can to.
