Nice looking flock. I have been hunting brant for years over Lou's decoys. When I first got them they where painted by some one else, and they did not hold up, nor did they have enough white. I repainted twice now in the past 13 years. After numerous re-coats they have a special texture all...
can't wait to see this three boat rig in operation. I really like the idea of a stool rig with dividers to keep all the rigs separate. Removable for the off season would be a must for me.
I hear ;) that a little gravel off the bottom of a creek gives the illusion that you are throwing corn and the city mallards will break their necks to get into your spread.
Jim, your homeowners insurance should cover the repairs, sorry to hear if your troubles, but congratulations at the same time. What is the damaged power head?
Very glad God was with you on that trip. Take each day as it comes and try not to get flustered. It could have been the end for you, but you are still here for your loved ones and the love of ducks. You will get there.
So Mike your a prepared outdoorsman, where do you keep your hand cuffs? In the jacket pocket or on your belt. Too funny, IMHO he has every right to lay in wait if some nitwit is out trashing his signs.
Is the dog allowed on the furniture or are you one of those mean pet owners?? I like the idea, some days you just don't need to stay awake the whole day and plastic seats do not work for naps.
Just got the finished decoy today. it came out great. The only information I gave Jason was I wanted a black duck with a relaxed head in a working decoy because I do intend to hunt with this.
Back when the goose season on the Atlantic flyway was re-opened and the season was split into two short periods, I may or may not have shot a banded goose on the wrong week and not realized the error until I sent the band numbers in by mail.......
Sorry to hear about your loss, I lost my best recently, and still hold the door waiting for him behind my young dog . It gets better each day, but they do leave a hole when they join their old hunting partners in the great beyond
i use one of these with my DB15, but I did not like the seat so I replaced it with a different seat. I like being able to stuff a dry set of clothes or coat in the bottom.
