Well, here is my progress thus far. Some of the pics are from about a week ago. She is stitched up on the keel and ready for the sides. I'm going to have to take a little break as my bride is having her gall bladder taken out. Should be back up and running by next weekend. Enjoy!

Charlie, I had the same problem. Tried to cut just outside the line but didn't always make it. Once they were cut out I clamped them together and used a belt sander with 80 grit to smooth out the uneven parts. Not that worried about the small voids that this will create. I figure the filleting...
