NDR... advice about high quality chisels.

If you really want to get fancy you can try these. A bit pricey but most dont have to sharpen them more than once a year. I think they are D0-2 steel and are cryogenically hardened. I have a couple fishtail chisels made by them. I sharpend them up to a 16K grit stone and Im yet to touch the...

    Shotgun Beads

I bought a BPS 10ga last year. It came with the front and rear fiber optic sights. Im used to shooting a vent rib with the bead on the end. I couldnt hit anything with this gun. Finally the night before the last day of our duck season I took the rear sight off. The rear sight was green and...

NDR... advice about high quality chisels.

Any of the chisels made with A-2 tool steel will hold a razor sharp edge for a good while. Lie Nielson for high end and the Stanley 750 socket chisels for a great cheaper chisel. Both are made of the same steel, but you will have to flatten the backs of the 750's more than you will the...

    remington super sonic steel

I tried it this year as well. It patterned very well out of my IC choke, and i found myself with less cripple to finish off. The shot went right through the birds and we found almost no shot in the meat when we ate. I didn't notice it being louder but it does kick. I didnt think that the...

There is a guy in Exmore here on the Eastern Shore that built a 17ft SCOW, haha, for one of my friends. I cant remember the name of his business. I'll look on the way home. Didnt know if you want to have one made. The one i saw of my buddies was really nice. It held all the old classic...

    Hatteras Red Drum

Nice fish man. They are some fun fish to catch. Never done much from the surf but we have nights at the mouth of the creek where we have caught 15 and all over 45 inches. To bad you cant keep the big boys anymore. I miss my big ole drum ribs.
