That right there is another reason that MORE boat is better than less boat- ice has huge weight, and on certain days, ice on the boat will kill somebody. We have checked the Man Cards- and now we wear the PFDs---and zip 'em on. HUtch

I agree..heavy- and a max motor is best, but the hull is excellent, and will take water you will afterwards ask yourself what you were doing out in...I have the 2012 20 ft center console...and love it. Best boat I have ever owned. (But wish i had the max motor!) Hutch

I have been seaduck hunting the Downeast coast for 30 years and have only seen- for sure- 2 sets of Brant. Very uncommon for us to see these birds and noteworthy when we do. Hope to see more, but wouldn't really know how to hunt them. Never bagged one, and don't know anyone who has. Hutch

Jeff- We went to the Nuc plant, and had our limit of blacks in about 30 minutes, and missed on geese. I think the dipper numbers are down from 2 weeks ago, but the geese nmbers are way up on that water. I will be hunting on wednesday if you are interested. Hutch

Have had 2 close firends with these guns. Neither gun runs consistently and the older of the 2 guns is simply not worth taking out of the safe. The older Gold owner has just bought a Silver to replace the Gold...though he kept the Gold as it was the first gun he ever bought. He will turkey hunt...
