JULY - What's on your Workbench?

I finally carved a paddle with hand tools. I have all ways wanted to make one. Just to see if I could. Then I come home and find this.

Those are sweet paddles Dennis. I've always wanted to try my hand at making a paddle too. Just haven't gotten around to it yet. I love the idea of putting the waterfowl scenes on them. Very nicely done!

Thanks Steve and Roy. Roy that is not for sale. But she is working on another one that will be similar to the bluebills. She said she would sell it when she gets it finished.she is just not sure what to ask for it.When she is done i will post it on here.

we have been talking about doing one with a duck boat and waterfowl scene and donating it to the forum in honor of Jim Schmiedlin. he is a very good friend of mine and Debbi and that is where she gets her inspiration from. If anyone has a idea on what kind of duck boat or scene let me know.

Duane she did this one 2 years ago her first time using oil paint and her first waterfowl scene. IT Similar to the print i had made for Jim.
