Being that many of you here are an extended family to me I Felt I should let you know of some recent events here at Home. I am not really sure how to share it other than to just put it out there.

My Barn/workshop/garage completely burned down Monday morning.

All my personal hunting gear (guns, decoys, calls) were lost as well as most all of my carving stuff.

This is not easy for me to do and I am not sharing this looking for sympathy( though I need it right now!), but just to let those know who are my friends and hunting buddies. Thanks already to many of the Local guys who have come by or called to offer their support.

Not sure where the road goes from here, but the good Lord has always been faithful to my family and I and I know he will continue to be.

I sure do feel your pain, Jode. Good luck to you in the clean up project. I hope some of it was covered with insurance.

Oh man

Sorry to hear of your loss. Glad no one was injured. I know we haven't met, but I am an admirer of your art. If can lend a hand let me know.

Jode that has the be a huge loss, I feel for you. The loss of your tools alone must be devistating. You definitely have my sympathy

Again I am very sorry for your losses Jode, if I was still in Jersey Id have been more then happy to lend a hand at any time.
 
jode you don't know me and you probably wouldn't take me up on this but i would take a ride up and give you a hand fri sat am and sunday if you would give me a call. im only ten minutes from the cape may ferry in delaware. 302-373-3687. best of luck in a hard time.

I'm so sorry. I've been admiring your work for a couple of years now. Your a hell of an artists/craftsman. This really does break my heart. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I wish I could do more.

Let us know if/when there is anything we can do. I'm positive I can bring some stuff to keep you hunting until you're back on your feet shop-wise.

Hell of a setback; but thank goodness no one was hurt. You'll be back....and I say that with certainty.
 
Oh that has to be a terrible feeling. So sorry you lost everything in there. I wish there were something I could offer that would help other than my good wishes for the future.

That is terrible. I know your workshop is filled with things you've accumulated over your lifetime and replacing those things is a huge undertaking, if not impossible. If I or this site can do ANYTHING to help just say the word.
