Searching for BBSB project boat to hunt and sail

I'd like to find a reasonably priced BBSB project boat I can bring back to life for my grandson. He's not yet old enough to hunt but will be one day. In the meantime, I'd like to put a mast on it so he can sail it until he gets his hunting license. I'm in Massachusetts, willing to drive to Jersey area to pick one up on a trailer I have. Lou: Dave Enos of classic barnegat sneakboxes has two half of my barnegats in pa he was to return them and has not to this date.
you can have the two half if you can get them from him.will. coast couple bottles oof wine

Lou: The half are fiberglass need was loaned to classic barnegat for them to make a mold to include in there line.
Daves no? 814-442-4990 wine would go to me would glad to be of help if you get the halfs

You might want to contact Dave Diefenderfer here, he had a Sam Hunt sailing box he was looking to sell last fall. You can't find a more classic sneak box than that. I don't think it needed a restoration either.

I need to free up some of my dry storage for the new projects. I have too many boats that serve very similar purposes. The Sam Hunt BBSB is a wide, displacement hull. This is the first boat I took on, and modeled it very much like Dave Clark's Estuary. You will see several details and hardware that only Dave now uses as they are out of production commercially. I managed to find them as they were being discontinued! She is a sailing BBSB, and will go with the complete sail rig along with an untitled ez loader trailer with 13" wheels. Trailer is oversized, but has been customized to...

I'd #2 on contacting @Dave Diefenderfer I believe he's got some nice boats still for sale that may be of your interest. If you want to skip the project another buddy Dave has his 12' Aero for sale ready to hunt... Aero Marine 12' Sneakboat one of the finest riding stable hulls out there and was specifically designed after a BBSB not too many around..

Lou, I have a Vansant style sneak box that I picked up this fall and was getting ready to restore.

If you want it, it's yours for what I paid for it. $500.

It needs a few ribs replaced, and some work to the feather edge plank.

And then a new glass job.

But it's all there. In New Jersey 08062

Lou there are several decoy carvers in ma that have built barnegat sneak boxes , reach out they could help you build one
