There are a lot of them out there Mark. I think many by Avery are good bags BUT I have never found one that was waterproof. Every bag I had used that confounded double zipper flap on the top and the stuff inside always got wet - from rain, wave splashing, dog shacking, etc. I finally got sick and tired of having to dry everything out all the time and started using a camo plastic ammo box. It won't fit everything you have listed but most of it. Mine has an additional compartment on top that I put face mask and ear plugs in as well as a couple of 'special purpose' shells. The inside is large enough for 2 boxes of shells, call lanyard, snacks, sandwich, wool gloves, rubber decoy gloves, neck gaiter, GPS, AND a smaller thermos. Everything I need for a days hunt. My spotlight stays in the boat all the time. I never have to dry my stuff out anymore and because it's smaller than a lot of the bags, I have eliminated some of the stuff I used to "need" but never used. If one isn't big enough, get two.
