Stern cleats are on now just not in pictures, think I might put a couple if handles on the transom to help move it around.

What would this boat weigh? Our local sailing club is giving away a few old Bombardier 3.8 sailing hulls and I found them very heavy. Probably foam that soaked up water as the hull displacement is said to be 123 lb. I thought about stripping off the deck and redoing it for rowing as a sneak boat.

The original sunfish weighed 120lbs. After cutting off 2 feet and and opening up the cockpit, and adding a transom; my guess it weigh about 120lbs. I can move it around by myself but loading into a truck is really a two man job. Once it is a little water it fells like a feather.
