The "best" grass boat for two hunters and a dog? TDB vs DuckBoss?

Here are some more pictures. I got lucky when I found this boat used. It was built by David Clark of Estuary duck boats. It’s 23 years old but still hunts well.

Beautiful. The fact that boat was built by Dave says a lot in a good way. Funny because when I saw the first pics you posted, I thought to myself it has an Estuary-like color and finish.

I have a Scaup too. I would not consider it a grass boat as it is not a shallow hull. Not sure what Devlin specs it at, but it does have a V and is deepest in the midship.

I hunt a 16 Scaup. Plenty of room for 2, can fit a dog but plan on getting wet ! The dog could also fit on the forward deck.

I owned this boat last year. Purchased from Dave and hunted it once only after to realize that the structural runners were seamed while constructing the boat. There are structural problems hidden in this boat which was why I returned it to Dave and call him out on this. Hope he corrected things before he sold it back to you.
