    Big Fish story......(LONG)

I've been a huge fan of the mighty Bluefin Tuna since my first experience with them in July of 2007. On that day we landed an amazing 45", 65# fish on a popper. I've been hooked ever since and can remember every encounter with them with detail since that first fish. I've had some success...

    Sled tip request.

scott, i wouldnt bother removing the paint. use gorilla glue and a 1 1/4" galv. deck screw and you shouldnt have any problems. if your doing scoters, i wouldnt bother with eyes. maybe on scaup or others ducks with bright eyes but not brown eyes. the detail of eyes is probably more for the hunter...

tod, thats a sweet setup. it has to be tough to drill new holes into your boat. what is your process for that? do you just bed everything in 5200 or use epoxy too? mark

how do you navigate your boat or dog through that setup? plus how do you hide your cord when its close to the surface from wary divers? in my area, which has very clear water, the redheads would laugh at us on a calm day. mark

    source for trailer bulk carpet...

tod, just a heads up. cabelas has 12" by 12' gray or black high grade marine carpet for $17.99 each, so your looking at $36. doesnt seem too bad considering it will last a long time...... mark

    source for trailer bulk carpet...

tod, why not get a bunk carpet replacement kit from cabelas or bass pro? they come in various widths/lengths matching the average trailer bunks. that way you dont have alot of waste by not buying the wide stuff by the yard. im sure cabelas in hartford will have it. best, mark

    Looking For Decoy Rigging Supplies

brian, id reccomend memphis net and twine for clips and hardware. you can get cord from them too. lots of ways to rig so i wont get into it too much but 10-15 dekes per line is fine. window sash weights work good for anchors but 2-3lbs of lead on each end will work for most conditions too. make...
