thats a big boat to build,maybe you should look into purchasing one already built like a tdb 14 or south bay

I have one and havent had any problems,from what ive heard there were alot of problems with the early guns such as headspace issues and frozen chokes and alot of guys were not happy

john, I also use a jacket for jake in the really cold weather,you can find them on ebay look up calf jacket,it is made of wool and has straps so the dog cant shake it off,farmers use them to keep calves warm but i found a better use for them and is a perfect fit.

I have heard alot of good things with the maine built boats and no good reports on the boats made in kentucky.I have seen them selling in the range of $8000. to $12000 hope the info helps

Ive had a 18 tohatsu and a 25 tohatsu on a 14ft tdb classic and never had a problem,they were both on for about 2 years apeice and the performance difference was very noticeable with the 25 being the leader

udder creme works on the nose to help it heal,ive used it on my dog with good results
