February "What's on your Workbench?"

Paul: Would they also employ a chap/chaps to look after the daughters? :). Nothing like being a good steward of the valuable things you've be entrusted with by outsourcing.

That is certainly a unique looking duck. I can see the family resemblance to a wood duck. Very unique.

Cheech, thanks for posting the pics. I also have the mate to that teal in process. Tomorrow I start the paint process. I should be through the primer stage and into color coat by Friday.

Here is my new project that I am working on. I am trying to replicate my sneakbox in this 15X5.5 inch model BBSB carved in jersey white cedar. So far I shaped it and made it a displacement hull and cut in half to hollow out the cockpit area from underneath kinda like a decoy I guess. I started working on the cockpit coaming and the decoy racks it was really neat watching it take shape Thanks for looking

The suspense is killing me Chuck! :)

Derek,

From looking at Chuck's paint brush,,,,,,,,,, it must be the only brush he uses, for everything, including the garage siding. Guess that means it is hard telling just what he is "moving on to".

Pat, didn't think it was possible, but I found my favorites decoys! It has to be the redhead pair...................wow! Love the lines and the face, head, and body expression shows "interest" "excitement" "action" "alertness". They say more than I can express, but they definitley "speak" and show .............."liveliness?" I love them...great work.
