A couple weeks ago, I had some chest pains looked into. As near as I can remember, I was having them since Sept and didn't want things to mess up my season with Blake. They aren't severe so I figured they were minor. I went to my doctor and he ran me through EKG and stress test that came back ok but the chest xray didn't show my aortic arch very well as it looked like a little fluid was shadowing it. I had a ct scan and it showed up a mass in my left lung..and I started coughing up a little blood. The CT showed something in my kidney and some of my glands were slightly enlarged. Friday I had a PET scan, today I went for pre surgical blood work and questions and Thursday I go in for a biopsey on my left lung. I can't have a needle biopsy as it is too close to my aorta and spine and the Dr is afraid if she goes in trough the bottom, she could collapse my lung. The only thing I could think of the first few days was that I wouldn't see my grandsons graduate from High School and who would take Blake hunting. Now I am mad and going to fight like a madman to lick this crap. Sorry to dump, but I am asking for prayers, good thoughts and stump dances from the West coast. Thanks for letting me get this off my back for a bit.......Lee
 
virgins for something like this....trust me I'll pull out all the stops on the next stump dance....meanwhile you'll be in our thoughts until you have this thing licked...and then to celebrate I'll expect you to bring Blake out here for his first ROAD TRIP hunt.....

Oh shit Lee, I saw you refer to going to for tests, and I wanted to ask, but I couldn't given specter what we went through this past year. That is horrible to hear. You have our best.

I'll throw a few prayer your way. All that's happened is nothing when it comes to ones health. Think positive.
 
Dang Lee. Keep us informed. Never know what it may be until you get the biopsies back. I am hoping and pulling for the best of news.... Be tough!
 
You've always been one of the most stand up guys on this site! I'm sure you'll be on here telling us stories about Blake for many years to come! Best of luck with the biopsy.

Why the heck did you wait that long you big turd!? Anyway, I'm glad you got to the doc's and they're getting to work. You will certainly be in our thoughts and prayers. I expect you to get well before this season so we can share a blind again. Maybe not a plate of beans and a room like last time, but certainly a blind. Hope you fell better buddy.

I'm glad to hear that your mad about this. Seems like sometimes thats the best thing to do, get pissed and kick ass.
