i've been messing with collegen casings they work good (making goose snack sticks) i just can't get them to adhear to the meat the way i'd like i was on anouther web site and they said to try stuffing right after seasoning and let sit in frig over night and dip in ice water after smoking to stop...

you can get foam at lowes or homdepot i've used the blue foam from sears and it worked well just make shure thickness is exact

if they don't come in storage bin old ammo cans work great
